Co-hosted with Sorobon Beach Resort and Jibe City, this event combines two days of expert windsurf coaching with three days of fun long-distance races, social events, and shared experiences. The NP7 Coaching Method is Nico Prien’s proven approach to windsurf coaching, developed from years of experience teaching hundreds of thousands of windsurfers through his YouTube videos and one-on-one coaching worldwide. His method is designed to make your windsurfing more controlled, effortless, and faster: helping you master everything from straight line speed and control to tacks and jibes. Nico’s coaching is simple, easy to understand, and tailored to each individual. 💦 About the Spot

Bonaire is the definition of effortless windsurfing, one of the best places in the world to learn, improve, and simply enjoy the ride. With warm turquoise water, a sandy beach entry, and waist-deep flatwater almost everywhere, it’s the perfect spot to practice without fear. Mistakes don’t hurt here, you just step off, laugh, and try again.

In Bonaire, the wind is powered by steady trade winds:

✅ 85–95% wind probability during the strongest months

What the day-by-day looks like

Monday
Arrival & Welcome
Check in at Sorobon Beach Resort, head to Jibe City for registration and get set up with your gear. Enjoy your first session on the water with equipment rental already included. In the evening, join the Welcome Party at Sorobon to meet the crew.
Tuesday
Coaching Day 1
Enjoy a start of the day with breakfast together, workshops and on-water coaching sessions with Nico and the team. PRO and Beginner groups work on their own level. A proper lunch break and after plenty of time on the water.
Wednesday
Coaching Day 2
Building on yesterday: more coaching, more water time. Personalized tips throughout the day to help you improve faster, refine your technique, and gain confidence on the water. Start the day with breakfast and enjoy a lunch break to refuel and stay energized for the afternoon session. Free evening to relax or explore.
Thursday
Race Day 1 + Freedive
Freedive coaching for windsurfers: exercises to build confidence and comfort underwater, so you know exactly what to do if you end up trapped under the sail. Then the first fun race, a long-distance course across Lac Bay. Legendary 80s Windsurf Party at Jibe City in the evening.
Friday
Race Day 2
More racing across Lac Bay! Free time to chill, windsurf or explore the island. Relaxed evening. Between sessions, enjoy a proper lunch break: time to recharge, refuel, and get ready for the next race.
Saturday
Race Day 3 + Prize Giving
Final fun race of the week. Start the day together with breakfast, then keep the energy up with a final refuel break during the day, including lunch before the last race. Prize Giving Ceremony at Jibe City followed by the big After Party at Sorobon. Time to celebrate!
Sunday
Departure
Check out by noon. Say your goodbyes, exchange contacts, and take home new skills and friendships. Until next time! 🤙

Travels

General Policy

• All payments for sport travel packages are non-refundable.

NP7 Experiences

• Cancellations made up to 3 months (90 days) before the experience start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

• Cancellations made less than 3 months before the experience start date are not eligible for any refund.

Daily, weekend or short Exeriences:

• If cancellation occurs due to lack of wind, 90% of the coaching fee will be refunded. The remaining 10% is retained to cover administrative costs.

Other Experiences

• Refund policies for other experiences may vary. Please contact us directly to obtain the specific cancellation terms for these packages.

 

Coaching

Individual Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Coaching Packages

• If you wish to cancel a coaching package, refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

 

Events

General Policy

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
