General
What happens if there’s no wind?
We are experienced in organizing windsurfing trips and events, and we understand that our sport depends on the wind. That’s why we carefully select the best locations and dates to maximize the chances of great conditions. However, nature can be unpredictable, and if the wind doesn’t cooperate, we ensure that you still have an amazing time.
• For Sport Travels: Each program has different backup activities planned in case of light or no wind. Check the details of your specific trip to see what alternative options are available. These can include light-wind sailing, foil sessions, SUP, theory lessons, video analysis, or local excursions.
• For Events: We always build in flexibility to adjust schedules based on the forecast. If the wind doesn’t show up, we shift focus to alternative training, technique improvement, and theory sessions—ensuring you still gain valuable experience. Plus, we create a great social atmosphere where you can connect with other windsurfers, enjoy the local culture, and make the most of the trip.
Either way, we guarantee a fun, rewarding, and unforgettable experience—wind or no wind! 🌊🔥
What skill level do I need to join?
Our experiences cater to various skill levels, from intermediate riders looking to refine their technique to advanced windsurfers wanting to push their limits. Some camps also offer beginner courses—check the details of each event or contact us for recommendations.
Can I bring my own windsurfing gear?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own gear! We also offer premium rental options at most locations, ensuring you have access to high-quality equipment if needed. If you choose to bring your own, we can help you by reserving storage space in advance. Just let us know.
Do I need to bring my own wetsuit and harness?
This depends on the destination and season. While we offer trips with gear rental, you may want to bring your own wetsuit and harness for comfort. If you’re unsure about the conditions, reach out to us, and we’ll help you decide what to pack.
What if I have more questions?
We’re happy to help! Just reach out via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll answer any additional questions you may have.
Travel Experiences
Accommodation & Food
Yes, most experiences include accommodation in boutique hotels or windsport-friendly resorts. Check the experience details to see what’s included.
What type of food is provided?
In most cases, yes! If you prefer to stay elsewhere, let us know, and we’ll provide you with a pricing option that excludes accommodation.
Can I book my own accommodation?
For the best group experience, we highly recommend staying in the same hotel as the rest of the participants. This helps create a great atmosphere, makes logistics easier, and ensures you don’t miss out on any off-water activities.
However, if you prefer to arrange your own accommodation, you can. We provide a booking option without accommodation, so you can still join all the coaching sessions and activities while staying elsewhere. Just let us know in advance!
What is a typical day like?
Each day is structured around the best wind conditions. Mornings usually start with theory lessons or technical exercises, followed by on-water coaching sessions. After lunch, we hit the water again until sunset. Evenings are for relaxing, reviewing video analysis, or enjoying social activities.
Can I bring my non-windsurfing partner or friend?
Yes! Some experiences offer options for beginners or for non-surfing partners who just want to enjoy the trip. Let us know in advance, and we’ll find the best arrangement.
