Blanca is one of the fastest slalom and foil racers in the world, but you would never know it from the way she carries herself. Always smiling, approachable, and full of positive energy, she loves sharing her passion for windsurfing with others. Whether you’re taking your first steps on the board or looking to fine-tune your racing skills, Blanca is always happy to help and can’t wait to get on the water with you.

Travels

General Policy

• All payments for sport travel packages are non-refundable.

NP7 Experiences

• Cancellations made up to 3 months (90 days) before the experience start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

• Cancellations made less than 3 months before the experience start date are not eligible for any refund.

Daily, weekend or short Exeriences:

• If cancellation occurs due to lack of wind, 90% of the coaching fee will be refunded. The remaining 10% is retained to cover administrative costs.

Other Experiences

• Refund policies for other experiences may vary. Please contact us directly to obtain the specific cancellation terms for these packages.

 

Coaching

Individual Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Coaching Packages

• If you wish to cancel a coaching package, refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

 

Events

General Policy

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event start date will receive a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
